Question by Yasmin: Brother has file divorce because of domestic violence her wife did. Can this help get custody?
Her wife said that she will win the custody because my brother past with first ex-wife had domestic violence that he did.But, in this case she did domestic violence on him. He is the petitioner and her mother-in-law who babysit their children is heavy smoker and her uncle is in probation he used to sell drugs she is that co-sign for him. Can this information help win custody?)
