CA- I’m for individual freedom and the government staying out of your business. I don’t smoke the stuff, but I don’t think the government should prevent you from smoking it.

However, if you smoke it, and get addicted, can’t work, or bash an old lady over the head to steal her money to support your habit, I want you to go to jail instead of going to rehab.
