Question by Guanaco: Can I gain full custody of our child?
We are married and living together. Although for almost a year it has not been good. I’m still hoping it works out. But my main concern are the prescriptions she takes that have not been prescribed to her but to her mom. This has been going on for several years now and they include sleeping pills, anti depression pills, and pain killers. I don’t even have to be in the same room, I already know the popping sound when she removes the cap from the bottle. And lately she has been removing the labels from the bottles. Thanks to all for your time.

It would probably take more than that for her to lose custody of her children, unless when she takes the pills she gets incoherent or abusive or something.
