Marijuana – The Facts for Parents – Anti-Marijuana Video PSA – Marijuana: Help for Parents – Anti-Marijuana Educational PSA. Specifically designed for parents, educators, and drug abuse prevention leaders, this videotape presents science-based facts to educate families and the community about the resurgence in marijuana use among youth. Through the experience of real parents and teens, Marijuana: What Can Parents Do? stresses the importance of opening a dialogue between parents and children and encourages parents to communicate a strong prevention message to their children. Parents should make clear and consistent messages to their children about the dangers of marijuana and KEEP talking about them. This video lists the medical facts of using marijuana on the brain and body. Both parents and teenagers give individual viewpoints in this video. Separate discussion groups are also featured. The message of the video is that parents should spend more time with their children and more time talking about the dangers of drugs.     The? only problem with smoking weed is that its a gateway drug. If your just going to smoke pot then you should be fine, but kids like to expirement making it easy to go from weed to crack.

    i knew a really smart kid in middle school who got scholarship but he ended up smoking weed and maybe some other stuff.? I dont think it can damage you to much when your 19 but when your a kid your brain is developing. anyways the kid i knew he went from smart to barely average everyone thought it was a waste even the other kids.

    some parents of autistic kids seem to think marijuana is treatment for that disorder. I am a 20 year old with Asperger’s Sydrome (never once have my parents ever thought of treating me b/c they love me as i am). these parents of kids on the ASD spectrum should realize that marijuana is harmful to their children.? they need to think before acting.
