Question by Jessie: Ways to find an apartment or house to rent?
Me and my fiancé live in Wichita Kansas and we are trying to find our own place on a budget. I have looked on all the apartment websites looked on Craigslist everything and when it looks like we found something promising it ends up being some roach infested drug dealing theft ring location. What’s the easiest way to locate a good place to rent on a budget? Can I go through a realtor for this and tell them the price range and what were looking for and have them help us look for one?
